Some Butlins info:
The organisers have decided to merge the U11 and U12 age groups due to team withdrawing at the last minute. This won’t disadvantage our girls as the top U11 team in the U11/12 group will win the U11 trophy and second placed U11 team will win the runners up award.
As there are only three U11 teams taking part, we must have a decent chance of coming first or second :)
In addition to the main awards for winning or coming second in a group there is a Fair Play award. This is given to the team awarded the highest Fair Play rating by the referees. Each team can get a maximum of 200 Fair Play points - 100 for Fair Play by the players and 100 for Fair Play by their supporters.
There is also a Magic Moment award. This is given to the player who performs particularly well in a match. It doesn’t have to be a great goal, it could be a great tackle or something else that catches the referee’s eye.
All players will go on stage during the presentation night to collect a trophy from the guest celebrity. It doesn’t matter if our team wins or loses, everyone will get a trophy and take part in the presentation night.
Our presentations will probably start at 5pm on Sunday.
All our matches will be played at Wainfleet Road playing fields, PE25 2EL (the nearest postcode). The first match on Saturday will be at 12.55 and on Sunday the first kick off is at 1.25pm.

All matches are 7 a side.
Rules are the same as our league matches (normal throw ins etc.) and it will be on a league basis, i.e. there won’t be a play off between first and second team to decide the winner.
IMPORTANT:
- We must take a second strip so please bring the yellow AND the red/white kit.
- All players and parents will be given a wristband when they check in. Make sure you get them as you can’t get into the presentations without a wristband and the girls can’t play in matches without them.
Any questions or concerns, please give me a call or ask on Wednesday when we have the girls v mums match.
I will return bag packing money on Wednesday to anyone who hasn’t got it already.
