London FA & Millwall Lionesses Girl’s Centre of Excellence is pleased to announce that they will be holding a coaches in-service event at The Lions Centre, Zampa Road on Thursday 25th February 2010.
The idea behind this event is for coaches & teachers, male or female working within the female game to come along and see a Girls Centre of Excellence training session, along with a Q & A session with the Centre Director, Paul Palmer. This is a fantastic opportunity to come along and see the standard of Centre of Excellence football and what is expected of the players, and it is also a chance to watch some of the Centre’s coaches in action.
Emma Barnes, (W&G FDO, London FA) ‘’This is a great way to develop links between clubs and Centre’s of Excellences, and it will enable those outside of the Centre of Excellence environment to see how the centres work, and to ask any questions they may have’’
