FA Cup 5th Round Drawn

The F.A.Women’s Cup Fifth Round draw has been made by the Football Association – or at least as near as possible, considering the unplayed matches!

An incredible 39 teams are still left in the competition because of the recent poor weather and as many as seven Third Round ties are still to be completed.

There are some potentially interesting ties on offer in the draw, with Arsenal or Sunderland playing either Leeds Carnegie or Watford, plus the possibility of Birmingham City meeting Doncaster Rovers Belles and Chelsea playing Millwall Lionesses.

The Fifth Round ties are scheduled to be played on Sunday 24 January although at least five are set to take place at later date, provided that the arctic weather changes dramatically over the next few days!

Fifth Round draw:

WFC Fulham or Blackburn Rovers v OOH Lincoln or Sheffield Wednesday
Liverpool Feds or Rochdale or Middlesbrough or Curzon Ashton v Reading FC Women or Aston Villa
Birmingham City or Derby County v Doncaster Rovers Belles or Havant & Waterlooville or Cardiff City
Bristol Academy or West Ham Utd v Colchester Utd or Barnet
MK Dons or Norwich City or Yeovil Town or Newquay v Nottingham Forest or Leeds City Vixens
Everton or Queen’s Park Rangers v Portsmouth or Luton Town or Cambridge Women
Arsenal or Sunderland v Leeds Carnegie or Watford
Liverpool or Preston North End or Chelsea v Leicester City or Millwall Lionesses
