West Ham utd ladies newly formed under 10s trialist squad had there first outing today split into two five a side squads for a mini tournament that was organised by Trinity fc of southend.
The first game for the Hammers saw the two West Ham sides pitted against each other and it was a penalty that decided the game and gave the West Ham blue side the three points the blues went on to play two more games and win there league leaving the West Ham claret side to come in third place overall.
With the West Ham blues in the Final against Leigh Ramblers it turned out to be a hard fought contest with the young Hammers just edging the older opponents with some nice passing football the game ended in a 0-0 draw, and so it went to penalties where the slightly older Ramblers sides experience won them the game.
Overall this was a great experience for eleven very committed young girls all of them enjoying a great day of football, Managers for the day Dave Maslen and Luke Berry would like to thank Kim of Trinity fc for organising and putting on the event.
