West Ham UTD Under 10s report

West Ham UTD girls 11 – 1 Woodham Radars

West Ham UTD Under 10s stormed to a 11-1 victory today with a good team performance from the Hammers youngest squad, the game started as a close affair with the Woodham side closing the young Hammers down fast and restricting west ham from playing there passing game, but after five minutes Carson Barry broke the deadlock with an excellent first goal, from there on in the confidence grew with six first half goals coming soon after with Carson Barry getting her second, Megan Magee and Mia Seeley scoring and Jasmine Reilly bagging two.
The second half saw Woodham strike back with a very well taken goal, the Hammers undeterred pushed on and their fitness started to show as they camped in the woodham half again more goals followed with Beau Parker netting twice Megan Magee getting her second, Kelly Wealthall scoring a well taken goal, and to cap off an excellent performance Carson Barry grabbed her hat trick with a stunning volley, at the back the west ham defence held strong with outstanding performances from Chiara Scholze and Katie Lee.
Manager Dave Maslen said This was a very encouraging performance from the girls we were missing two of our most experienced players today, but you wouldn’t have known it from this performance all gave a good account of themselves against a very determined Woodham side that to their credit battled to the final whistle
